...Why Nissan hasn't put the 1.6L I4 turbo that they have in the Juke in to a sentra and slapped some SE-R badges on it?

This thing is available with a 198hp engine and (according to reviewers) a quite close-ratio 6-speed box. So why isn't that engine in the Sentra? I mean, they've already got the (IMO aesthetically pleasing) Nismo Sentra concept!

Well, they redesigned it last year, and it looked like a pretty serious overhaul.

I just don't understand why the maker of the Skyline GT-R, THE GT-R, the Z-cars, and the maker of the former Spec-V sentras has lost it's way so much

The Twingo can be the new Note

The Clio can be the Tiida

The Megane can be the Sentra.

The Renaultsport models can be the Nissan SE-R's
